Our service team will answer your request und organize the return.

The returned product will first undergo our incoming quality control. Should the product be returned in demaged or with parts missing we have the right to refuse the return or refund a reduced value.

For returns from Switzerland the processing fee is CHF 20.00 and for retuns from abroad it is € 20.00.

In case you return a faulty part under warranty there will be no procesing fees.

Individually manufactured or custom build goods are not refundabe.
