Your ordered products will be sent out as soon as possible usually in between 3 working days after receiving your payment. ADVOLAT Schweiz GmbH tries to keep the delivery time as short as possible.

In the case of act of nature or other circumstances beyong our control the delivery time will be extended.

ADVOLAT will inform you as soon as the product leaves our warehouse and send you the tracking number to make it easier for you to be at home when it arrives.

ADVOLAT delivers to the address named by you, so please make sure it is correct.

Complains regarding damage, loss or delay of the goods or bad packaging have be notified to us in between two days after receiving the products by email to service@advolat.com. Visible deviations have to be notified at once to the deliverer or us, hidden deviations in between 8 days.
